Return Policy

General

There is no legal right of return in Switzerland.

Likewise, a right of return for a second-hand platform like Circle-Toys.ch is not practical because we do not offer any guarantee, warranty or manufacturer's warranty for the products.

Therefore, a return option is also not offered by most of other second-hand providers.

All products listed on our website have been carefully refurbished and quality checked. Returning the goods would affect our goal of circular economy and incur high costs.

Circle Toys Provisions

We at Circle Toys offer exceptions for returning items if you, as a customer, have ordered the wrong item or discovered a substantial defect in one of our items.

For this return, we grant you a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item in the received condition.

We kindly ask you to carefully consider this return and rely on your cooperation. At Circle Toys, we do our best to describe the condition of an item as accurately as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with all the details regarding the return shipment.

Please send the item back in its original packaging to the communicated address for returns. You will receive a voucher corresponding to the purchase price (excluding shipping) for the returned item.

In case of a return, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
